Hi,
Just stumbled onto this site. I'm from from a family of Canadian Stickles who emegrated to the US; I believe about 100 years ago. They were from Germany I think but had come from Poland when they came to USA. Later the family ended up in the interior of British Columbia. There were about a dozen kids and all of them have passed on, the last one at the beginning of 2000. The family name may have been Stickel at one time. There are now quite a few of the off spring scattered around the world. Wonder if there is any relationship with this New York bunch?
