Looking for heirs of Alfred STEDMAN, who was born in Barrytown, NY in 1899 and died in NJ in 1966. Don't get excited, there's no money -- I'm just looking for portraits and diaries from the Charles Danforth CREE family that may have gone to Grace CREE, then husband Alfred STEDMAN, then to his side of the family, as they had no children.
For some reason, his heirs were all from the Stickle family. He must have been adopted or a half-sibling. They seem to be descended from William Arthur STICKLE of Red Hook, NY. They were sisters Edith KENNEY and Edna McDERMOTT, brother Herbert STICKLE, children of deceased brother William STICKLE (Christina KIPP, James STICKLE and William STICKLE), children of deceased sister Rose SCHAFFER (Kathryn CONKLING, Laura TRAVER and Frances MARRIHEW) and son of deceased brother Arthur STICKLE (Donald STICKLE). They all lived in Poughkeepsie, Rhinecliff, Newburgh or Barrytown.
