Sticken: Tondorf, Prussia to WI to IA

Sibert Sticken along with his wife Anna Maria Müller and 4 children, emigrated from the area of Tondorf, Germany, in 1847, arriving in Wisconsin. Another daughter was born in WI. The family moved to Mills County, IA, in 1865 or so, Mother having died in 1852. Daughter Anna Barbara married George Altmanshofer. Anna Helena (Ellen) married John Thomas. Anna Catharina married Thomas Linden. We have contact with descendants of Ellen, and they with some of Barbara's. Catharine's family seems to have left the county after 1880, and we've not found them yet. Sibert left his father Herman Joseph Sticken and sister Elizabeth back in Germany. Anna Maria left her parents Johan Jacob Müller and Elisabeth Gerhards, and brother Peter Müller. Any information/connection with any of these families will be appreciated and reciprocated. Please note change in our email address.
