See, I don't think that Valentine Stickel married to Dorthea is the same as mine. I think Kimbal Everingham has them listed together. He's very sourced on all his other work, so I am surprised that there isn't any sourcing there. Although that birth info is very interesting on Catherine, especially where she is born. I sent away for his Probate/Will documents and then I sent away for the land Documents that is described in Valentines will. Per a newspaper clipping in my documents on Peters death, "he was born at Oxford, Adams County, Pa, and united with the M. E. Church @ Mechanicsburg in the same state in 1839".
My cousin in Illinois first introduced me to Valentines will. She had a copy that was handed down to her through her father, from her mother/father, from father's sister.
