Jean, No, I don't know anything about this George Bell, and I didn't have that copy of census in my collection. So thank you. I am going to follow up. I made a copy and am going to add to my data base. He's not in Hannah's handwritten will or probate papers that I have a copies of. Nothing mentioned in any of the newspaper stuff I have. I think that is the only mention of any Bells I am aware of that was in Illinois. They must have brought him with them when they moved to Illinois in 1860. The only things I know about the Bells are that a Peter Belle and Elijah Bell were wittnessess to Valentine Stickel's Will, 4 April, 1839. I have put a little effort into Hannah's genealogy, but not much. This helps peak my interest. Do you have a public tree @ world tree. I would like to send you an invitation to my Ancestry.com Family tree, if that would be ok. I have some pictures of the will at my tree that you would maybe interested in. I have more but just haven't scanned them in. Thank you and let me know if I can share anything else with you. Debbie Notify Administrator about this message?
