I have a John Henry Stickel, B. 6 Jan 1837,POB probably Barbour Co., VA in my files. According to what I've been able to dredge up, he married Claraq Knisely 27 Oct 1898 in Harrison Co., WV. One of their children was Simon J. Stickel, B. 29 May 1903 in Doddridge Co., WV and died 20 Jul 1979 in Newark, Lickin, OH according to SS records.
On John Henry Stickel's death certificate it states " Death Certificate, Doddridge Co., WV #10207. "Father, George Stickel, mother, Sarah Swick. Informant Simon J. Stickel."
