I am trying to find my birth father. His name is/was William Stickel the II or III. He went by the name Bill. He met my mother in California in the early 80's. They met while he was stationed at Lemoore Naval Air Station. I was adopted when I was 16 years old after numerous foster homes. I still stay in small contact with my birth mother who's name at the time would have been Janice McGee. She had a tattoo with his name in a heart on her left shoulder. He saw me again when I was about 2 years old and that was the last time I know of him being around. From what I have been told his family is from Michigan and his mothers name may be Connie. I was born in July 1983 in Washington State. I have been looking for my father for a few years now and haven't been able to find him. If you know anything or can help in anyway, I would be very very grateful!
