Who are your Stewarts? Mine also came from SC in the 1820's. 3 brothers came from Laurens or Abbeville to Hamilton, Monroe Co,MS. William, Robert and John Allen Stewart. I descend from William who was born 1785. He married Nancy Burt and then Sarah Cockerham. He had 11 children with Nancy and 3 with Sarah. Does this sound like your family?
