I have gotten this far back on my tree and have no idea before that. I'm hoping this info is correct. He had 8 kids.
John Stewart b. 1762 (N.C.)
James Stewart b. 1765 (N.C.)
Charles Stewart b. 1770 (N.C)
Robert Stewart b. 1774 (N.C.)
Silas Stewart b. 1784 (S.C.)
Mildred Stewart b. 1784 (S.C.)
Elias Stewart b. 1790 (S.C.)
Sarah Stewart b. 1791 (S.C.)
At some point they moved to the Darlinton County District of South Carolina. John Jr. had a son named Shadwick and he moved to south Mississippi. He was my ggggrandfather. Anybody know anything about this family. I know my history from Shadwick on down. They are buried here. Any help will be appreciated. Cheryl Stewart Skantz emails welcome.
