From From Leckey’s The Tenmile Country and Its Pioneer Families, page 674:
Nancy Evans;married [1] Daniel Steward, who with his brothers, James, John, and Charles Stewart, patented a tract of land adjoining that of John Evans, Jr. Daniel Stewart died about 1802, and Stephen Gapen, with the widow Nancy, settled the estate. Two children are mentioned, along with the evidence that Nancy had married [2] David Taylor. [Will Book 1, pp. 31, Greene County; probated June 8, 1802]
