Hi Jen, well I found a bit more on Fred.

** could be your Fred?
** if it is then his wife was still living in Aug. 1917
I only found one Fred Stevens in 1930 OH, and he is not the right one as he is also in 1920 with a wife. So what happened to Fred. As he died in Pickaway he really should be there in 1930 shouldn't he? or somewhere at least.
I'm sorry I can't find him in 1930 for you. I was hoping to find him with his second wife if he had one. It does seem likely if he was divorced.
Or could it be that he divorced first wife and never remarried but then what happened to her?
The Ohio marriage index on ancestry does not include Pickaway Co. for some reason so I couldn't find his marriage(s).
So I'm stuck at this point with nothing more to find it seems.
