Am seeking a male descendant of Joseph1 Stevens d. 1713 who left a nuncupative will in Hunterdon, Co., NJ. He married Geertruid/Geertruy Mourtiz in Kingston, NY. He left 3 children: John2 Stevens (no further info.); Henry2 Stevens b. 1700 d. age 70 NJ m. Catlintie Hoff/Huff; Sarah Stevens bap. 1712 (no further info.).
Henry2 Stevens and Catlinie had 2 sons, Joseph3 m. Alice/Altie (Henderson) Stevens and Henry3 m. Elizabeth (Bockhoven) Stevens. Joseph3 Stevens & Alice had son Henry4 m. Sarah(Vanderbilt) Stevens. Henry3 Stevens & Elizabeth had son Henry4 m. Elizabeth (Vanderbilt) Stevens.
I will pay for a y-dna of any one male Stevens descendant of the above men so that we may learn from which Stevens family Joseph1 d. 1713 descends.
I am a descendant of Joseph1, Henry2, Joseph3, Henry4, and Eliza5 Stevens Fairchild.
