Mrs. Charles Stevens
On Monday C.A. Anderson received the sad news of the death of his sister, Mrs. Charles Stevens, of Pulaski, New York, following an operation for appendicitis. Both Mr. and Mrs. Stevens were former residents of St. Charles, the latter being Miss Hulda Anderson before her marriage. Mr. Stevens was employed at the Milk Sugar factory, the St. Charles Condense factory, the Bowman DairyCo., and many other places in St. Charles for many years. Mrs. C.A. Anderson and Mrs. Louis Matteson of Orangeville, Ill., a sister of Mrs. Stevens have left for the east. Besides her husband, Mrs. Stevens is survived by two sons, Stanley and Lloyd, her mother, Mrs. Marie Anderson of St. Charles, Mrs. Louis Matteson of Orangeville, and two brothers, C.A. Anderson of St. Charles and Levi Anderson of Pasadena, Calif.
