I found a Pennsylvaniq State Archives site which showed the
actual military listings records of the Revolutionary War.
Are you familiar with this site, or have seen those
records? It showed a Henry Stettler (I'm assuming it must
be Heinrich, anglicized). Northampton County....Lehigh
wasn't formed until 1812 from Northampton....2nd Battalion,
5th Company and the date was May 14, 1778. Daniel was
not listed but there was a Philip which you retracted and
said that Daniel was the actual ancestor. Philip showed
also Northampton county, 6th Battalion, 8th company under
Capt. Adam Deihl. Quite interesting. Do you know the
fill in ancestors between Dabniel, Heinrich (Henry).....
to Jonathan?
Thanks,
Karen (Snyder)
