John Sterrett from Ireland to PA

John Sterrett, born 1710, came from the North of Ireland, 1760, and settled on a farm in Chester County, seven miles from the battle field of Brandywine. Seventeen years later James and John, two of his four sons, participated in that battle. He was also the father of three daughters. His wife, Mary Webb, was the daughter of John Webb and Mary Boone. Mary Boone was a sister of Squire Boone, the father of Daniel Boone. Another son of John and Mary (Webb) Sterrett was Moses Sterrett (b. 1763) who married (1798) Margaret Woodrow (d. 1/1/1831) and they had seven children, one of whom was John Sterrett (b. 11/23/1805) who never married. What is the relation, if any, of the apparent wife of Richard Parker, i.e., (Ann) Sterrett to the foregoing Sterrett's? Theory is that Ann was one of the the three daughters of John and Mary Sterrett and sister to Moses Sterrett. In our family bible it is written that Ann Parker (apparent nee Sterrett), died April 7, 1842 in the 82nd year of her age. which would have place her birth around 1759-1760 which would be consistant with the date of Moses Sterrett's birth.

Can anyone validate that Ann was the Daughter of John and Mary Sterrett, and sister to Moses Sterrett and that she married Richard Parker?
