I am seeking the family of Nancy Stevens or Stephens b. ca. 1787 who married Thomas Cauthen, Jr. (Nancy is a nickname for Ann, so she could appear in family records as Ann.) She is believed to have been born in Warren/Orange County NC. She lived in Lancaster County, SC, with husband Thomas Cauthen. In the 1820 census of Orange County NC a Thomas Cauthen is listed living near several Stephens families, Moore Stephens and F. Moise Stephens, so they are likely to be from the same Stephens family as Nancy. I'd appreciate any help identifying Nancy's family. Thanks!
