WAVERLY — Mrs. Crecy Stephens
Mrs. Crecy Stephens, 45, died at her home on Waverly Rt. 2, at 5:50 pm Sunday. She had been ill 10 years.
A native of Gallia County, she was born April 22, 1908, a daughter of Henry and Piley Jenkins Miller.
Survivors include her husband, William Stephens, a son, William Jr. at home: two daughters, Miss Phyliss Stephens at home, and Mrs. Fern Helpon of Waverly Rt. 1; a sister, Mrs. Maude Adams of Chillicothe Rt. 2, and three grandchildren.
Friends may view the body after 6 tonight at A. H. Boyer Funeral Home, where services will be conducted at 2 pm Wednesday by Rev. John Castle of Waverly. Burial will be in Hays Hollow Cemetery.
