In 1885 George Miller Stephens married Melissa Jane White in Jackson Co Tn, George died and Melissa married Andrew Jackson "Jack or A.J.) Stephens brother of Jack about 1898.
Jack is on the 1880 census with his sister in Jackson Co Tn, have not been able to find Melissa "Jenny". Does anyone know of her family?
By 1900 Jack and Jenny was on the White Co Tn census living in Sparta. According to their oldest dau Cora she was born there in Oct of 1890. Jenny had at least one sibling named Henry b 1881 Ky who is on the 1900 census with them.
Henry and Jenny both give parents born in Ky but Jenny later states Tenn. I'd sure appreciate any help anyone could offer on her family.
