I cannot thank you enough! This information has helped immensely .I was born in McCreary County , KY in 1959; my Mother and Father divorced in the mid 1960's , and we moved to TN shortly thereafter.All I could remember of my Father's family was his Dad's name, Barclay. My Mom is 84, and her memory is failing . Oh, how I wish I had begun to ask these things of her sooner ! They were married approx. 1957; I don't know his whereabouts before then. He did have a son, in early to mid 1940's ; his name was Richard. Mom thinks he was born / raised in VA or WV.
