I am looking for information on my gggg-grandfather William Stephens and his family.
Here is what I have:
William Stephens b.1760 NC d.1865. His wife is unknown.
I have been unable to go back any further.
His children are:

I have heard that there is suppose to be a Stephens Family Bible on the cousin line of Spencer Seago Stephens. If anyone has access to this, it would be interesting to find out if it contains the name of his great-grandmother, who would also be my gggg-grandmother. And possibly go even further back in the lineage.
Any help would be appreciated.
