The information I posted in the original message above has some incorrect information which I apparently pulled out of someones erroneous data submittal to the LDS data base. After months of researh and more information about where his wife Sarah Little was raised and born in Georgia, I am now convinced that both Caloway and Sarah each were only married once and that to each other. I have found no marriage records but based upon the migration patterns of both Little and Stephens families, I now believe that Caloway and Sarah were married in either Carroll County, GA or Benton Co, AL in 1840 or 1841.Caloway's parents lived in GA and Sarah's parents in Benton Co., AL at that time. They followed Caloway's parents to Tallapoosa Co., AL about 1843 and in 1850, both sets of parents were found living in Tallapoosa County. In Dec 1851, Caloway Stephens and Sarah's father Josiah both bought patents back in Benton County and moved there.
