I have a copy of the naturalization papers for Wilhelm Steinmetz from Hanover, Germany. He signed it 27 Oct. 1869 at Atchison, Kansas and shows his age as 27 years old. I am trying to connect him to Frederick W. Steinmetz or William A Steinmetz who lived at Effingham, Kansas at the turn of the century.
