My brother is searching for his biological father. Known Facts: Father may have been in the military in 1944. He may have been born in Missouri or had his family there. He met a woman named, Maxine Steeley living in or around Oakland, Ca. the summer of 1943. Her name is Maxine Steeley now living in Utah. Brother found her a few years ago in Utah. For 1950's logic reasons, she was too ashamed to say who the father was. My brother was born on 04-16-1949. His birth name is Wayne Steeley. Physical appearances: 5'10; dark hair, hazel eyes. Talents: artist, writer, Master's Degree. Health: High BP, asthma.
Father would be in his late 70's early 80's if living. Anyone have information, let me know at:

*Birth father may not know Maxine Steeley had a child. But if birth father has other children, would be nice for them to know also.
