I read an interesting article today "Beyond Germanna" about the transportation of settlers to the colonies (mostly from Germany) It listed the ships and their captains and among them were brothers, John Stedman and his ship "St. Andrew" and Charles and his ship "Charming Nancy". There were several references to these two gentlemen and it makes interesting material for Stedman researchers. I read the article online so it should be easy to find.
