Benjaim Stauffer was born abt. 1825 in Paradise, Lancaster, PA. He died Dec. 16, 1886 in Phila. He married first Harriet Unknown - she was born abt. 1831/died Jan.1851. Their known children were:

He married second Mary A. Spindler (dau. of Philip and Sarah H. Spindler) born Feb. 8, 1824 in Lancaster City, PA/died May 5, 1902 in Phila..
Their children were:
1.Benjamin stillborn 1852
2.Mary A. b May 1854/d 4-15-1916 - married Wm. Whitaker
3.Clara M. b 1856/d 1865
4.Rebecca L. b Aug 21, 1859/d 4-27-1903 - married Unk Murphy - had one daughter: Ida G. Murphy b 9-3-1881
5.Benjamin b 1861/d1863

Benjamin's father was George Stauffer who died 7-17-1853 at age 73/ His mother was Sarah (possibly Fisher/Fischer) who died 9-17-1865 at age 76. Both were born in Lancaster, PA and buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Phila.
I am trying to confirm if George was the son of Heinrich and Catharina (Pritzin) Stauffer who was born 10-3-1782 and baptised 7-18-1789 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Lancaster along with his sister Elisabeth who was born 1-5-1786.
Benjamin also had a brother, Henry J. Stauffer b abt. 1821/died March 15, 1873 who was married to Harriet F. Unknown. They had 2 known children:
George W. b. 1847/d 12-11-1851
Henry b. 1855
