As of August 21, 2004 the Statler DNA project has 16 result. Preliminary results are available for the following families with the Statler spelling:
Group 4 from Miami County, Ohio (originally from PA)
Group 6 from Franklin and Somerset Counties, Pennsylvania
Group 8 from Loudoun and Botetourt Counties, Virginia
There are also results for Stotler, Stettler, Stetler and Stateler families.
There are currently no participants from Group 14, the Statler family who were early settler of Missouri.
