Hello Staten Board,
I'm inquiring about any Hollingsworth / Dameron / Staten connections in Virginia possibly in the time period of 1750's to early 1800's. I descend from a John T. Hollingsworth born in 1785 VA and died 1865 Benton/Calhoun Co. AL. His two oldest sons Wesley Hall Hollingsworth and William Hollingsworth lived next to a George Dameron Staten born about 1776 possibly of Amherst County, VA.
I'm trying to connect to possibly a Joseph or William Hollingsworth of Amherst County, VA and was wondering if there was a lost Hollingsworth in a Damerons or Statens researcher's collection of notes.
