Hi Deb,
I am so sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. Do you mean the Jermiah and Issac who were the children of Mary and John Starr?
I hope this helps!
This is what I have:
Margaret Lightfoot was born on December 18, 1702 in Darby, PA,(now a part of Delaware County). We know very little about her, but a considerable amount about her father, Thomas Lightfoot. He was born about 1645 probably in Cambridgeshire, England. In 1692 , he livedin County Atrium, Ireland; in 1699 he moved to West Meath, Northern Ireland; and in 1716 he emigrated to New Garden, PA then later to Darby where he died on September 4, 1725. He had three wives oer the course of his life and 9 kids, one being Margaret who married Issac Starr.
I actually got the following information from Ed Starr.
In 1712, Isaac, at the age of fifteen years, came from Ireland to New
Garden, Chester County, Pennsylvania with his older brother, James.Isaac,
like his parents and brothers, belonged to the Society of Friends (Quakers).
After the marriage of Isaac and Margaret they removed within the limits of
the Sadsbury Meeting, later removing to Goshen Meeting.Isaac appeared on
the tax list of Chester County from 1722 until 1753.His will was proven 1
Sep 1753 in Chester County, Pennsylvania. In his will he named his wife
Margaret and children: Thomas, John, Isaac, William, Jacob, Mary, Samuel,
and Moses. The will also stated that he "hoped that the surviving family
incline to live together."

In Margaret's will she named sons Thomas, John, Isaac, William, Samuel,
Moses, Jacob, and daughter Mary Parvin. Also named were cousins Thomas, Jr.
and Samuel Lightfoot.
Thomas Lightfoot, father of Margaret Lightfoot Starr, was a highly esteemed
Minister of the Society of Friends. He was born about 1645, perhaps the son
of Thomas Lightfoot who suffered persecution for his Quaker belief at
Cambridge in 1653 and was a companion of George Whitehead in his religious
journeys. In 1692 the younger Thomas was living in the neighborhood of
Lisburn Meeting, County Antrim, Ireland. In the 8th month of 1692 he was
appointed on a committee to buy the Friends graveyard at Lisburn from Robert
Richardson. In 1694 he moved from the north of Ireland to Moate Meeting in
County Westmeath and in 1716 he removed to New Garden, Pennsylvania with
some of his children. He died 4 Sep 1725 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
His children were Catherine, Michael whose daughter married Francis Parvin,
William, Abigail, Elizabeth, Sarah, Samuel, and Margaret who married Isaac
Starr.
He may have had a second wife named Mary, who later married Samuel Sharp
after Isaac's death (see Myers, Immigration of the Irish Quakers...).
