Gene contact Daryl.Coleman, I think the two Ogletree Brothers gave some land for the cemetery or Church, my ancestors,Hope Hull and Lovic Pierce Ogletree,Here is what I have Henry County Georgia , This indenture made and entered into on the twenty day of November in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and forty nine between Hough Griggs of the County and Lovic P. Ogletree , Samuel Elder and all that parcel of land situated lying and being in the third district of Henry County being a part of the lot of land of said distsrict by number 10 bounded as follows, beginning at the postal corner fourteen rods from the original (southwest corner of said lot No 10 corner running eighteen rods north to the black gum corner the running eighteen rods due south to the post oak corner eontaining two acres to have and to hold the said parcel of land to the said Hohn H. Starr , william Pmailer, Hope HullOgletre, Lovic P. Ogletree , Samuel Eldertrustees in trust for the Methodist Episcopal Church south and their successors in office and the said Hough Griggs, will warrant and forever defend against himself, his heirs and as sinvs and against the claim of otherperson whatever ub fee simple
