Milton Elizabeth CURTIS Starnes is my step-mother with that exact birthdate. As I recall, she was named for her grandfather. Her father was "Judge" Martin R. Curtis, called "Judge" because he was the County Court Judge of Sumner County Tennessee, the chief executive officer of Summer County. "Milton", as she is called is still living in Hendersonville, Tennessee. He was married to my father, Alva D. Starnes until his death. If you will e-mail me back with a phone number, I will ask her if she is interested in talking to you.
