By the records I have there was a Samuel Starner who might be referred to as having been from Crawford Co., OH. At least to the extent that his parents Charrick Starner (1802-1863)and Ann Ainslee (both of PA) died in Crawford Co. I don't have a birthdate for Samuel nor where he or his brothers and sisters (total 9) were born. I am only related as the above mentioned Charrick was a brother to my gggrandmother. So far I have not had the time nor inclination to get more details on this line. What I have are records my mother put together years ago. I do have a couple of generations further back but no more this way on Samuel.
