I am running into to many brick walls. I'm looking for a Charles and Sarah Starks as parents of a Louis Harold Starks or Harold Louis Starks. He married a --Gilliland in 1945 listed as 33 years of age on record I'm told .That would put his birth abt.1912 . They married in Ms . His last address is in Fortwayne Indiana (listed on the marriage record). Also Charles and Sarah are listed as no longer living in 1945
