Caleb & Sarah Starkey had a grand-daughter named Ruth (Artela, Telia????). I have not been able to find out who her parents were or even determine the correct spelling of her surname.
She married John R. Parsley in 1891 Conway Co AR.
Her gravestone gives these dates Jun 13, 1867-Jun 19, 1927, buried at Grandview Cemetery.
Has anyone ever been able to determine who might be her parents???
