I think it says something like there is more information. Contact the Örebro Stadsarkiv (City Archive). They probably also want information on what happened to the emigrants after they left Sweden, if you are willing to share. This is their website.

If you wish to play with their emigrant (moving out) and immigrant (moving in) databases, open them into a spreadsheet such as Excel. The meanings of the column headings you would find on their databases is well explained at the bottom of the linked page.
