Family 1, Family 2, etc. are not on the original record. They are the transcriber's attempt to separate the people into family groupings. Hilma Johannesdotter doesn't appear to be connected to your Anders Stark family. She works for them.

Piga generally means maid and probably means she was an outdoor female farm worker, milking cows and so forth. Piga can mean unmarried woman but usually that meaning is found in the context of a marriage record, and not in this sort of record. The spelling is piga and not piqu.
