From Ancestry databases of the censuses, it looks as if Lillie belongs in this family. The actual censuses should have additional information.

Dixon Co., NE, 1900, STARK
William F.,_ , & Louisa, 43; Amelia, 18; Adolph, 16; Lewis, 15; Henry, 13; Eda, 11; Ewald, 7; William, 5; & Lillie, 2.
The oldest nearby STARK families were Fried H., 73, & Minnie, 71, & William, 78, & Tine, 72. There was another Fred STARK, 40, with Minnie, 36, & family.

In 1910, Dixon Co., NE, STARK
William F., 57; Louisa, 53; Henry, 22; Ewald, 18; William, 15; & Lillie, 12.

In 1910, Knox Co., NE, BECKER
Armenius, 54; Luisa F. W., 40; Bruno G., 20; Leonora, 19; Blanka, 13; Ernest, 8; Armencus {sic} M., 6; Theodore, 4; & Martha, 2.

Note that the BECKER family was of Knox County in 1910. In 1920, Dixon Co., NE, BECKER: Bruna, 30; Lily, 21; Lorna, 2.

In 1930, Dixon Co., NE, BECKER: Bruno A., 40; Lily M. P., 32; Lorna L., 11; Erma L., 9.
