Dear Dot, I am sorry it has taken me so long in replying. It is possible that Jeremiah Jr. is my gr-gr-gr grandfather. My uncle said he was born in 1795 but am not sure of this date as I can not find anything on him.I found a Jeremiah in Logan County Ohio in a reference book, which also talks about the Provolts. The only thing on the Provolt was that they were in business together running a mill. I will go to the library tomorrow and make a copy of the article and let you know more.I have Jeremiah only once in the census records and that was in 1830 in Tippencanoe County, Indiana. He was listed with the following, 1 male child 5 & under, 1 male can't remember age group but assumed it to be Jeremiah, 1 female 5 & under, 1 female 10 & under, and 1 female can't remember exact age group but assumed it to be their mother.Haven't been able to find him in any other census record. My uncle has a book on Stansbury's but none of the people I know are in there. If you would like me to look up a name in the book please let me know and I will.If you have found out anymore information please let me know. If you would like any other Stansbury informtion that I have please let me know.Hope to talk to you again soon.Vesta
