There were two dominant fmilies of STANDLEY-STANLEY in early Essex County. One was George and Bethia Lovett StanDley. I cannot locate a HASKELL marriage in that family, but my records are not complete. The other was William Stanley (no D). I do not have anything on that lineage.

I suggest you check Vital Records for Essex County and check FamilyTreeMaker and search for the name of Standley-Stanley to locate people who have posted info about those two families. Good Luck.
