Hello, Standifers:
I am a historian, looking for information about a T.V. "Tom" Standifer, native of Texas, educated at UCLA, and a construction executive during the 1920s through (at least) the late 1940s. During World War II he was the Managing Director of the Economic Development Committee of Hillsborough County (Tampa, Florida).
