Looking for information on a Susannah Stamper who lived with John Henry Birchfield and Martha Billups Birchfield possibly in Tazewell Co.VA and Cabell County, WV in mid 1800's. She is said to have been James Calvin Birchfield's mother but no evidence has been found. James Calvin was born in 1860 supposedly in Tazewell County, VA.The last census record shows her living with Minerva Birchfield Marrs
who was James Calvin's sister. Can anyone shed any light on this dilemma?
