Researching the family of Reason A. Stamper, b Mar 1857
in Ashe Co. NC, son of Jonathan. He m Martha Jane
(Moore?) b @ Dec 1857 in Alleghany CO. NC @ 1879.
They had 7 children: Five of them are:
Rovina or Rowena J. b Jul 1879
Ennis C. b July 1881
Luther W. b 27 mar 1883/4
William N. b Nov 1889
Miriam 'Minnie' K. b Feb 1891
and 2 unknown children.
THe family moved to Sullivan Co. TN in 1900,
in 1910 they were in Washington Co. AR
in 1920 they lived in Texas CO. MO
and in 1930 listed again in Washington Co. AR.
Ennis m Walter L. Kimbrough in TN and died bet
1911-1920 in MO. She had a son Gail Lloyd.
Luther m a Nellie _________ and had daughter Florence.
Any info on family appreciated.
