hello Deborah! You are correct that the Margaret (b. 1810) that is listed as living with Samuel and Margaret Hollison in the census is not a Hollison, per se. In her husband William McDevitt's Civil War Pension papers is a copy of their marriage certificate which lists her maiden name as Troutman. Her death certificate, however, has Samuel Hollison as her father (one of her children whose identity slips my mind at the moment was the informant).
