I just spoke to my Dad and he doesn't really know why this man was called Dutch. I only know that there was a Dutch stallerplayed baseball with a Robert Archibald in Mt Washington for the sisters of mercy. He told me that a Russell Ford married Dutch's daughter cause Mr. Ford worked with my Dad at the Baltimore Gas & Electric company. I have been meaning to write to the Catholic Archdiocese and see if they have any information on this baseball team. It would be kinda cool if we are talking about the same person. Keep in touch.
