Looking for information on Charles Staines and his wife Elizabeth Bird. Their daughter Elizabeth Ann Staines was born in 1834 and was married to Stephen Smith born 1818 in Hatfield Broad Oak. Stephen was the son of Abdy and Mary Surridge Smith. Stephen and Elizabeths children were:
Emely born 1860; Harriet born 1864; Minnie born 1866; Ada born 1868; Annie born 1870; Stephen born 1872; Flora born 1874; and John born 1876. Stephen Smith was the Postmaster of Hatfield Broad Oak and a Tailor.
