Hi Ray I guess you can say we are related.
My husband Harold Staines is a direct decendant of William and Rachel.
His father's grandfather was John Staines son of William and Caroline who arrived in Australia in 1853 on the Herefordshire.
I have been looking for information on William and Rachel for some time but have hit a brick wall. Other than the fact they were married at"St Dunstan in East London" I can't find much more.We would love to hear from you if possible
