1860 census Dent Co., MO shows: T.J. Stagner 40 KY; Rachel 31 MO; John H. 12 MO; Mary 10 MO; George H. 8 MO; Joseph M. 6; William 3 MO; Malinda R. 1 MO.
I don't have the 1870, but here is the 1880 census for Dent Co, MO--
T.J. Stagner 61 KY NC NC; Rachel 51 MO KY KY; George 28 MO KY MO; Wiliam B. 23 MO etc.; Thomas J. 19 etc.; James 14 etc. Anna Rothband 3 MO MO MO.
T[homas] J[efferson] Stagner, born abt 1819, was a son of John Stagner and Anna Hendricks who were married in Warren Co., KY 30 Nov 1818. You should be able to find several posts on this forum concerning John Stagner and Anna Hendricks.
