Philip and Horace Staggs Lodi 1946

I am searching for Horace Staggs. I believe his father was Philip Staggs. I belive they are relatives of mine. I think Philip lived in Lodi, CA around 1946 with his children, one of which was Horace. I have tried this search before with little luck but I now believe Philip was the father of Horace, and Lodi was where they may have been living at the time. I think Philip's wife was in Sacramento during that time for reasons I don't yet know.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I believe I am related to Horace and Philip.
