Dear Carlyle
Vama's e-mail is
The Times of Ceylon Green Book is a collector's item, difficult to find.It is a
directory like Ferguson's Ceylon Directory, and a storehouse of information. When you
visit Sydney you could browse through my books, if you contact me in advance.
May I also tell you of the Ceylon Society of
Australia which publishes a quarterly newsletter which may be of interest to you.
If you send me your mailing address I could
mail a copy of the Nov 1998 issue.Membership
in the Society is $20 per annum. The next issue will have a "Genealogy Exchange" as there is a continuing interest.
