My first reply aborted. so here goes.
I am a grandson of Felix Joseph Perera and Stella Perera (eldest daughter of Martnus C Perera). FJP was a lawyer attached to the Gampaha courts. Iwas not aware that his middle name was Wijegoonewardena. He had a brother J Alfred Perera who lived in Horton Place. also,other relatives in sumner place. i am interested in finding out more about FJP. I have researched a fair bit of information on Martinus C Perera, which i can share with you.
