You mentioned looking at LDS info. How would we get access to it? (i am loooking at other names other than Silva).
Did you get the microfilms through your local LDS library/office? Or did you have to go to Salt Lake City?

I am wondering how to access the LDS info for Sri Lanka easily. There is an LDS section in my local library, but it is not active (or working right, people can't access).

I even sent an e-mail to LDS through the internet, volunteering to do some transcribing for the areas i am looking for in Sri Lanka, but never heard from them.

Also, you seem to know names of many books that have Sri Lankan Genealogy. I have a post about important books/must reads for genealogy. So, could you possibly add some other names of books on that post?
